Domestic

For domestic orders within Singapore, please allow between 3 to 4 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Free shipping for domestic orders above S$40.
A S$5 shipping fee will be charged for orders below S$40.

International

Due to the current COVID situation, we expect significant delays in international shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated upon check out.

Returns & Exchange

If there is a fault with the product purchased, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item, to notify us of an intended return or exchange, and we can help you with the process.

Return conditions:

1. Item is purchased within 7 days. 
2. Item is brand new, in original condition, with all tags/labels/seals attached, intact and unbroken.

*All goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the return item to us. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, and keep a copy of receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
